The template of the CIFKM elements related to the administration of matters, may include as many sections (as many as required) to register different types of concepts that one would like to control. These will normally be expenses and times dedicated by the users working on the matter. One may also include information on whether or not these should or not be invoiced to the corresponding client.
Later, an authorized user may run a search and list the concepts to control and/or carry out the appropriate administration.
