The different states of execution of a matter can be displayed with different values or colors of an attribute incorporated to the template of a type of CIFKM element.
Simultaneously, one must create a customized search that combines values of the attribute displaying directly these values in the list of results of the search.
The values may also be considered events linked to notifications and alerts of the (failure of) occurence of an event, when one passes or approaches a deadline.
