The VERIFICATIONS section is in Part C of the window of the “smartbox“ of type MATTER.
Part C – VERIFICATIONS section 
The VERIFICATIONS section of the “smartbox“ allows one to monitor the state of the execution of the matter to which the “smartbox” refers.
The VERIFICATIONS are attributes of “true or false” type and may be established (as follows):
- In the “smartbox“ template in closed or open form.
- By a user who has faculties to do so (element role) in the permissions that have been marked in the permissions section of the “smartbox“.
However, it would be appropriate for this section to be included in the “smartbox“ template when the actions to be taken in the “smartbox” have been prepared by means of scripting code, and when the changes of state of the attributes of this section are carried out automatically in the form scheduled/programmed in the scripting code.
